Originally from Washington state, I first came to the Arkansas valley in 2008 to work as a guide on the Arkansas River. I fell in love with the mountains and whitewater of Colorado and kept returning every summer. I met my husband Chris, a fellow guide and after building a supportive community we decided to make Colorado our home with our dog Jackalope. Together we built a residential real estate inspection company that focuses on pre-purchasing inspections that he continues to run today. My “can do” attitude, creativity and ambition while working alongside buyers and agents during the inspection process motivated me to get my real estate license and transition into a Realtor in Chaffee County. Helping to build that company left me with a great deal of knowledge of the inspection process as well as a detailed eye for key structural components of a home. I take challenges head on, am results driven and work extremely well under pressure all qualities that have helped me in business, residential real estate as well as commercial real estate.

What I bring to Sellers is a hyper local knowledge of the area and price points, to make sure your property is priced correctly and moves quickly. I am also extremely passionate about using the newest tech in real estate to market my listings using virtual, 3-d and digital twin tours. I market on all major platforms to expand reach and exposure as well as sending out email listing campaigns. I will also do detailed due diligence on the property’s background to make sure that we address any issues with the county, the building department, planning and zoning as well as any issues with easements or encroachments before listing the property. All of this to make sure the selling process is as stress-free as possible and that no surprises occur down the line. 

What I bring to Buyer’s is a great deal of knowledge and understanding of the current obstacles that are present in the market.  I take pride on knowing all that’s available in our local market including active listings, coming soon listings, off-market and FSBO properties. I use that knowledge to help find you the best fit for your price point. I will always show up at a property showing prepared with the property’s history and a comparative market analysis to give you the full view of the property including accurate price points for negotiations. We will work together to set up property searches, updates and use the backend tech I developed on agent website) to stay vigilant and ahead in this competitive market. We will also discuss expectations, timelines and set realistic goals that will meet your needs as a buyer, investor or developer.

If you’re a First-time Home Buyer, I will walk you thru where to start and be there every step of the way recommending lenders, government programs and educating you throughout the process while always maintaining clear communication. Everyone’s real estate journey is different and will have hurdles that will need to be overcome but as your Realtor, I promise to be supportive when you need it, to protect your best interest and give you all the tools for success!
