Billy found his way into the Arkansas River Valley in 2003 and immediately fell in love with the surrounding beauty. After spending many years as a fly-fishing guide, he finally made the permanent move to Chaffee County a decade later. The numerous outdoor activities have kept him firmly planted here ever since.

Missouri State University is where he spent his college years studying Business Management and Outdoor Education. Billy started his first successful business while in college there in the Ozark Mountains. Since then, he has founded two other successful businesses in the outdoor and tourist industry. While in the Hill Country of Texas he purchased and remodeled a dilapidated building and transformed it into a modern retail space. This process sparked his desire to educate himself and move into the real estate industry.
